Paul W. Mollica is a partner in the firm of Meites Mulder, Mollica & Glink. He and his firm represent plaintiffs in class, collective and public interest litigation covering all aspects of the federal civil rights laws (including employment, constitutional and voting rights, housing and public accommodations), as well as ERISA, securities, qui tam, insurance law and other complex litigation. Mr. Mollica has wide appellate experience, including dozens of appeals in state and federal courts, and has authored or co-authored amicus briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court and Courts of Appeals for such national organizations as the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, ACLU, NAACP, AARP, People for the American Way, and the National Employment Lawyers Association He is also a frequent author and lecturer (for lawyers and courts) in the area of employment discrimination. He served as executive editor on the recently-published Fourth Edition of Lindemann and Grossman's Employment Discrimination Law (2007), was associate editor on the 2000 and 2002 supplements to the Third Edition, and advises as a senior editor on the annual supplement. In 2008, he was named an Advisor to the American Law Institute's Employment Law Restatement. He is also a two-term past president of the Chicago Council of Lawyers, a public-interest bar association. He graduated from DePaul University College of Law with honors in 1986.
