Puffer v. Allstate Insurance Co., No. 04-C-5764 (N.D.Ill.)

Our firm, along with our co-counsel Stowell & Friedman, has sought certification of a class of female executives in this case for denial of equal pay and promotional opportunities to women at Allstate since 2002. Although the court has denied class certification, a class notice was recently mailed to class members informing them that they may file their own claims.
